UniTy has been working in collaboration with outside sources to offer fitness programming to our communities.
Why not come give a fitness or hiphop dance class a try in our clean and welcoming facility?
Zumba Classes
Zumba is a high-energy dance fitness class founded by Colombian dancer Beto Perez in 2001.
Our instructor, Ken Diamante, has led a couple of these classes in the Maldives to keep the resort staff active during COVID.
In this class, we will be dancing to Latin & international pop music using basic moves that anyone can follow along. It is highly recommended for those who are looking to have fun while burning a lot of calories! All you need to bring are your dancing shoes, a bottle of water, a change of clothes, a face towel, and lots of energy.

Hiphop Dance
Hiphop dance is a style of dance that combines freestyle movements with hiphop music. It incorporates elements from many other dance forms like breaking, locking, popping, krumping, and tutting.
Our instructor, Ken Diamante, together with his crew in the Philippines, was able to win local and national hiphop dance competitions.
In this class, you will learn and develop different dance techniques and proper execution by practicing popular dance challenges on social media or my own original choreography. Come as you are and unleash your creativity through dance!

50+ Fun & Fitness
A fun and interactive exercise class that’s gentle enough for the oldest souls. Our class starts with a warm up to get the blood flowing, and is then followed by a workout routine that can be done at any pace.
A slow down period after the workout allows for some gentle stretching and rejuvenation to start the rest of the day. All parts of the routine can be modified to almost all body types, aliments and limitations. It’s a great way to get moving, stay active and socialize!
